In this case given a scenario where a relative is known as "Abena Nimo" when a baby is named after her and that child is born on Thursday, she can't be called "Yaa Abena Nimo". The parent will drop "Abena" and maintain "Nimo" which in next immediate generation becomes a family name instead of an appellation.
