ARTICLE 2
TRUSTEES
2.1 MEMBERSHIP
The General Council shall, on the recommendation of the Executive Council approve seven persons, three of whom shall he Ministers and four Elders, to be Trustees for and on behalf of The Church, to hold or acquire, convey, assign, surrender or demise all movable or immovable property acquired by The Church.
They shall have power to sue and be sued in the corporate name.
2.2 TERM OF OFFICE
The term of office of a trustee shall be five (5) years and may be reviewed for further terms. Trustees for the mission areas shall be appointed by the respective National Councils.
